The Magna IR-560 is a research-grade, fully upgradeable FTIR spectrometer for experiments in step scan, linear scan, time resolved and rapid scan spectroscopy. The instrument is based upon advanced, high-speed digital signal processor technology. The system in ACMA is equipped with the Auxiliary Experimental Module, PIKE Technologies Variable Angle Specular Reflectance Accessory and Auto Polarizer, DTGS and MCT detectors and a potentiostat for use in a Subtractively Normalized Interfacial (SNIFTIRS) mode.
