The Agilent TV 902 Navigator is composed by a pump (869-8933R001) with an envelope with fins and a shroud with two fans and a dedicated navigator controller (SQ 337). The pump is equipped with a custom ISO 160 F high vacuum flange. 4 pumps are available.
The Agilent TV902 Turbo Vacuum Pump is capable of operating at high foreline pressures because of the high speed to compression ratio. These pumps have silicon nitride, ceramic bearings.
