It is ideal for the analysis of carbohydrates, glycans, and polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in combination with any Thermo Scientific™ Dionex UltiMate 3000 system. The ability to cleave and derivitize glycans from intact proteins or monoclonal antibodies eliminates interferences from coeluting matrix peptides.
