ÄKTApurifier is an automated liquid chromatography system designed for method development and research applications. The system simplifies the transition from laboratory to full scale production. Scale-up to production is predictable and trouble-free. Two versions are available; ÄKTApurifier with monitor UV-900 for multiple wavelengths detection and ÄKTApurifier UPC with monitor UPC-900 for combined measurement of UV absorption, pH and conductivity.
