Orochem EZYPRESS 48 Positive Pressure Processor

The EZYPRESS 48 is a positive pressure processor that can accommodate 1 to 48 columns of 1cc, 3cc and, 6cc columns. It uses compressed air, nitrogen, or other inert gasses as a pressure source.

For the plate format, it fits 1cc, 2cc per well plate as well as microelute plate. The platform easily moves the well plates minimizing error in handling while manifold operation is controlled by easy to use toggle switches.

The modular rack design helps maximize efficiency of the machine by allowing for quick interchangeability between 1 ml, 3 ml and 6 ml columns.

• Elute in to 12x75mm, 13x100mm, 16x100mm test tube racks
• Ability to provide set pressure levels for conditioning, sample transfer, wash and drying steps
• Uniform pressure and uniform liquid flow at each tube
• Gas pressure proportionately change liquid flow rate in columns
