The PerkinElmer 2400 Series II CHNS/O Elemental Analyzer is a proven instrument for rapid determination of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur, or oxygen content in various sample types, including solids, liquids, volatile, and viscous materials across fields like pharmaceuticals, polymers, chemicals, environment, and energy.
Utilizing the classical Pregl-Dumas method, samples are combusted in pure oxygen, and combustion gases are measured automatically. Its reliable design is trusted worldwide, offering high-speed microprocessor control, solid-state components, and built-in diagnostics for assured performance.
The 2400 Series II enables fast, precise, and easy operation with options for CHN, CHNS, and O₂ analysis, allowing users to select modes based on laboratory needs. The optional Column Switching Accessory (CSA) makes it easy to switch between analytical gas separation columns, enhancing flexibility.
The analyzer supports automatic weight entry via an AD-6 Ultra Microbalance, with an RS-232C port for PC or LIMS connectivity. Its flexible calibration, internal data storage, and recalculation capabilities further enhance its versatility and control.
