The Clarus 580 Gas Chromatograph with Clarus 500 Mass Spectrometer features technology to provide the most complete characterization of samples. PerkinElmer Selected Ion and Full Ion (SIFI) scanning technology and high scan speed increase system throughput and accuracy. The mass spectrometer boasts a fast (up to 60 scans/second), wide-mass-range quadrupole mass spectrometer, providing capability to analyze a greater scope of applications. The Clarus 580/500 GC/MS also includes proven gold technology for enhanced performance.
