The QP2010 provides acquisition speeds to 50 scans per second. This allows using the newest micro-bore columns to improve sample throughput with data quality not attainable before. Thousands of samples can be run without operator intervention using the sample queuing software. The AOC-20 and AOC-5000 autosamplers enable many analysis modes: Direct injection from 1.5 mL or 4mL vials for on column, PTV/LVI (programmed temperature vaporization / large volume injection) solid phase micro extraction, ambient, heated headspace as well as micro-titer plate-based analysis.

With 20 temperature ramps and constant linear velocity, GC-2010 is the ultimate gas chromatographic separation system. Holding the linear velocity constant across all temperature profiles provides the best theoretical as well as actual separation available.
