This compact instrument for medium throughput needs is configured with an eight-channel manifold, enabling simultaneous processing of eight wells for efficient ELISA- and gentle cell-washing. It is equipped with two inlet channels, allowing connection of two wash-buffers, and includes automated buffer switching capability. The system includes an integrated display and keypad for on-board operation, as well as the HydroControl software providing 21 CFR part 11 functionality. The HydroFlex is supplied with an operating manual and a power cord. It can be upgraded with additional functionalities, such as low-level vacuum filtration.
