Run your ion chromatography (IC) gradient separations as easily as isocratic applications with stable, electrolytic generation of high-purity eluent to your Thermo Scientific Dionex ICS-6000 Reagent-Free HPIC System. The Thermo Scientific Dionex ICS-6000 EG Eluent Generator Kit comprises a high pressure EG degasser and tubing, which is installed into the HPIC system’s Thermo Scientific Dionex ICS-6000 EG Eluent Generator. Analytical and capillary Eluent Generator Kits are available. The RFIC+ Dual EGC Degasser Kit is also available for the use with the ICS-6000 for 1 mm Dual EGC applications. The kit comprises of a high capacity, high pressure EG degasser.

The EG generates high purity acid or base eluents online from deionized water. The EG can be configured for single- or dual-channel operation. Each channel includes:

• A high-precision programmable current source (power supply)

For each channel, the following options must be ordered separately for installation inside the EG:

• A disposable eluent generator cartridge (Thermo Scientific Dionex EGC). Each cartridge contains the electrolyte concentrate solution appropriate for the eluent being generated.

  Three versions of Dionex EGC are available: one for capillary IC systems, one for analytical standard-pressure IC systems, and one for analytical high-pressure IC systems.

• A Thermo Scientific Dionex Continuously Regenerated Trap Column (Dionex CR-TC 600) to remove any extraneous contaminants from the deionized water source. The Dionex CR-TC 600 is electrolytically regenerated, which allows it to operate for extended periods without chemical regeneration.
• The Dionex CR-TC 600 is available in two versions: one for capillary IC systems and one for analytical IC systems.
• A high-pressure gas removal device that removes electrolysis gases created during eluent generation.
