The GenPure xCAD system delivers up to 200L/day of Type 1 ultrapure water (18.2 megohm) from a pre-treated feed water supply. Water product quality exceeds international standards ASTM Type I, ISO 3696 Grade 1, ASTM D1193 and CLSI-CLRW.
These ready-to-use systems are fully customizable to meet a wide range of application needs from basic buffer preparations to highly sensitive protocols such as HPLC, PCR or uses that require precise TOC removal and measurement. Electronic dosing allows you fully automatic volume control of 0.01 to 65 L with <0.5% accuracy. Plus, an additional cell continually monitors and alerts you if feed water drops below your set value.
The one-of-a-kind xCAD remote dispenser provides the ultimate in flexibility and control! This ergonomically designed controller tilts for easy operation and better visibility. Illuminated four-line alphanumeric display shows important system parameters including conductivity/resistivity measurements and TOC value. The flexible dispensing arm can be turned, height adjusted, or extended toward your vessel, offering water dispensing with an action radius of 32″ (80 cm).
The RS-232 interface with adjustable send-interval safely transfers all measured data, faults, date, and time to a computer or log printer. Data printing at preprogrammed intervals satisfies GLP guidelines (order external printer separately). Real-time clock and code-protected operating system prevents unauthorized changes to system settings.
