Thermo Revco UxF-600 ULT -80°C Freezer is an Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer with secure storage for your most critical of samples. Storage space inside this ultra-low temperature freezer is maximized, without taking up all of your lab space. With a capacity of 28.8 cubic feet, the Thermo Revco UxF -86°C ULT Freezer holds up to 600 sample boxes or up to 245 lbs on reinforced stainless-steel shelving. High-efficiency compressors, easy-to-wash dust filters, and a brazed plate heat exchanger keep this ultra-low temperature freezer running proficiently.
The Thermo Revco UxF ULT Freezer has five polystyrene insulated inner doors to help maintain cabinet temperature during openings and closings. Embedded rare earth magnets within the inner doors hold them closed without the added bulk of latches or exposed magnets. Sample integrity is maintained and the temperature is recovered quickly thanks to a special BTU reserve.
Users have a choice of refrigeration modes, an energy efficiency mode that saves up to 15% energy usage, or a high-performance mode for ultra-tight temperature uniformity. Parameters such as temperature range, refrigeration mode, and alarm settings on the UXF60086A are easily programmed through the digital display on the front of the unit. An onboard computer can store up to 15 years of temperature and event data, and a USB port allows users to download data logs or transfer settings between freezers.
