The Peltier cell holder controls sample temperature for a single sample and reference when performing UV-Vis measurements. The temperature of each cell holder can be independently regulated or used at a single temperature with the Cary UV-Vis and UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometers.
The Peltier cell holder is automatically controlled by the UV-Vis spectrophotometer software and can be used together with the Cary temperature probe to monitor sample temperature. The cell holder is mounted onto the standard cell holder base supplied with the spectrophotometer.

- Control the liquid sample temperature while performing UV-Vis spectroscopy measurements
- Stable, static temperature control between 0–100 °C
- A water circulating system is required, and can be provided with the Peltier cell holder
