AKTA F9-C Fraction Collector
Flexible fraction collector for use with ÄKTA pure. Collects up to 576 fractions in deep-well plates, tubes, and bottles.
- Spill-free fractionation without sample loss over entire flow rate range (up to 50 ml/min).
- Cassettes and trays available for a variety of formats of deep-well plates, vials, and bottles.
- Fraction collection in any combination of up to 6 cassettes.
- Error elimination through automatic detection of collection vessel format.
- Fraction collection row-by-row, column-by-column, or in serpentine mode.
- Covered—protects samples from dust and allows placement of other equipment and items on top.
- Application supported: Affinity Chromatography, Gel Filtration/ Size Exclusion Chromatography, Ion Exchange Chromatography and Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography
This covered cassette format x-y fraction collector can be connected to ÄKTA pure and placed in a cold cabinet if cooling is required.
Cytiva Frac30 Model Fraction Collector
Frac30, a round fraction collector, is designed for use with ÄKTA start purification system. The Frac30 is controlled via the ÄKTA start touch screen instrument display or using UNICORN start software on a computer. The Frac30 is attached to ÄKTA start for power and communication; it is not suited for standalone operation.
Frac30 allows you to collect up to 30 fractions and supports four tube sizes, ranging from 1.5 mL to 15 mL. Fractions can be collected in volumes ranging from 0.5 mL to 15 mL. The entire fraction collector rack can be transferred as required.
