Hanson Research SR8-Plus Dissolution Apparatus with Dissoette Autosampler

The Hanson Research Dissoette Autosampler for Waters Alliance HPLC System fills the new Waters Alliance carousels, with a special injector head for filling sealed septum 12x32mm Waters HPLC vials. Waters carousels included are 24-position each, set of five. Carousels are filled one at a time; sample groups are collected and archived for later manual transfer to Waters HPLC. Sample aliquot size is volume adjustable 0.5-1.6mL typical; flow system is vacuum/pressure controlled (pump included); all-Teflon sample tubing, Teflon valves, glass and stainless wetted parts.

Dissoette SIP control includes easy programming with user prompts; up to ten protocols may be stored in memory; protocol printout is available with accessory validation printer. Sample carry-over is minimal with automatic back-flush of system; special rinse cycles may also be programmed. Please note that the Dissoette is not recommended for extremely viscous media or concentrated surfactants.

The Hanson Dissoette for Waters HPLC System includes one complete set of Alliance carousels, and all accessories required for set-up and run. Choose 6 or 8-sample/collection capability (no field retrofit). Auto-Probes (for Hanson baths) or Uni-Probes (for other commercial baths) are required.
