MSE Mistral 1000 Benchtop Centrifuge

The Mistral 1000 4x100ml centrifuge represents and economical and simpler to use alternative for the busy laboratory with a limited budget. The control panel is simplified to encompass situations where non-technical staff may be required to use the centrifuge; only the parameters of speed and time need to be entered. Although economical the Mistral 1000 still incorporates features found normally on more expensive models including digital microprocessor control allowing allowing run reproducibility and automatic rotor identification preventing operation beyond any rotor’s safety limit. Safety features include a steel guard ring, burst proof lid and lid interlock preventing lid opening whilst the rotor is rotating. an imbalance detector aborts a run if activated thereby ensuring the safety of the centrifuge and user.
