The Agilent Cary Eclipse Spectrophotometer with unique Xenon flash lamp technology delivers superior sensitivity with fiber optics, high signal-to-noise, and fast kinetic measurement capabilities. Combined with room light immunity and a wide range of options including polarization and a microplate reader, the Cary Eclipse is sensitive, accurate, and flexible. With a range of measurement options, you can be sure that the Cary Eclipse is the ideal workhorse for all your analytical needs.
The Varian Cary Eclipse Fluorescence Spectrophotometer is designed for measuring low-volume picomolar fluorescein concentrations (<0.5 mL) and large, odd-sized samples too. Using Xenon lamp technology, the Eclipse captures a data point every 12.5 ms and scans at 24,000 nm/min without peak shifts. The Eclipse also offers four collection modes including fluorescence, phosphorescence, chemi/bio-luminescence, and time resolved phosphorescence.
